Your advantages when renting out your roof space
No risk
You get a fixed roof lease - either as a one-off payment or as a fixed monthly rent. Planning, assembly and operation are carried out by Keschsolar.
No costs
Keschsolar works with investors who rent large roof areas for over 20 years with an option for additional years in order to operate their own PV systems.
New roofs
Roof areas made of asbestos or other roof coverings that require renovation will be renovated beforehand by Keschsolar and the costs will be offset against the lease.
New infrastructure
When a larger PV system is installed, the network infrastructure is also regularly renewed - this ensures that more power can be obtained at the location.
Renewal of roof surfaces free of charge
There are no costs for the owner as lessor. Maximum transparency when selecting the roofing products used gives the owner maximum security. If roofs have already been partially renovated and can be used for photovoltaics, a corresponding rent for these roofs is paid once in advance. Otherwise, the roofs, which usually contain asbestos, are disposed of professionally and replaced with trapezoidal steel sheets of the appropriate strength including anti-drip fleece.
